CCDB and News

So this is my attempt at Japanese Mistoffelees for this month's challenge on the CCDB. Because all I have is face paint, it doesn't look as good as I would like, but can't hate a girl for trying. With time and better materials I will get better. On a happy note, I got my package today. So that means I can start work on my Bombalurina costume. I've started on the warmers already and will start the tail tomorrow. I may get to spend either this weekend or next with Peter, so hopefully I'll get more of it done then as well. Wish me luck.

So Annoyed

My yarn and loom are not here yet. They were supposed to be here Monday but thanks to a mixup with the landlord they weren't. And then thanks to a mixup at UPS they weren't here today either... hopefully they will be here tomorrow. I really want to start work on my warmers. And get my makeup for the March challenge done.

My ex posted a journal and this is just what I wanted to comment but can't because it will out her.

On a brighter note, next month I get to hang out with Peter for an entire weekend YES
That means I can work on my Bombalurina costume and possibly get most of it finished. I am so excited. My package should be here tomorrow so I can finish the tail and start on the wig.

My mom is trying to come visit me as well.

Also getting to go to Michigan, which should be fun.

Update

Well, its been a while since I've updated my blog.

I've been busy with taking care of my puppy and helping with Rissa. Also trying to help around the house; which is hard because I'm not used to having to do that much. But I try.

I've decided to start making a tail for my OC Jellicle, Charlotte. She is a silver Bengal cat, but thanks to an unfortunate accident she is now green. So its fun and helps me with my patience. I'll post pictures on Deviantart as it progresses.

I may or may not get to cat around with Peter this month, its kinda saddening. I love cosplaying as a Jellicle.

On a sad note; the car died. As in no longer is going to work. So Todd is out as I type trying to find a new one. I wish him luck.

On a costume note again, I have yet to start on the wig for Char but I'm nervous about it because its not a typical wig.

How is everyone else's Spring Break going?

General Update

On the 7th I have my next therapy session.

On the 22nd I have a med evaluation. Its where I go to find out what meds I might need. YAY.

I'm so sarcastic. Really, I try.

I sent off the money for a tail; it should be here next week. XD I'm so stoked. Yes, I used that word. Deal.

I am going to order some yarn and make a wig and tail for Charlotte, one of my Jellicle OC cats. Wish me luck.

On a sad note; I'm worried about Caitlin. A lot. Yes, I still worry. That won't change. I just hope it gets easier to deal with the pain. Maybe one day. I hope.

The CCDB

This is kind of a rant.

I feel so invisible on there. Even to my "friends". I post something, or say something and go unnoticed. It feels so unfair. I know all of the other users have known each other longer and bull shit, but still. If I didn't enjoy going on there so much I'd just leave. Give up on the community.

But, I'm stubborn. I'll stay.

And just suffer in silence.
